My daughter said her play clothes needed upgrading

No more green denim shorts suspended by straps

Cutesy yellow t-shirt with smiling unicorns

Matching plastic barrettes over her ears,

Rainbow pendant from grandma

Now it's ripped denim jeans

Black Ramones swag

I’m blooming

She said
